Developer Neople have released a new trailer for Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex – First Assault Online intended to help new players in the Ghost Assault game mode. Titled ‘Operative Training – Ghost Assault’, this trailer looks at the two approaches to successfully beating your opponents.
In Ghost Assault game mode players are randomly designated to be either a Section 9 Operative or a Cyborg. As a Section 9 Agent, players must use stealth and strategy to survive until the end of the match with each match lasting 2 minutes. Agents will start the match armed only with a cloaking device and pistol but used strategically these items are all you will need to survive. As the Cyborg, players objectives is to hunt down Section 9 Agents and the tactics for doing so are completely different. Cyborg players will be kitted with a unique compass that signals when an Agent is nearby. Cyborgs will also be able to place a marker calling for back up to an area which other players will be able to see.
